Ericsson has been selected again by Orange as a provider of service management solutions in five European countries

• The extension of the contract by three to five years covers Belgium, Moldova, Romania, Slovakia and Spain

• Ericsson Operations Engine, an AI-based software, will be implemented to improve the user experience of Orange subscribers
