The reporting of electronic invoices for all transactions between companies, business to business (B2B), in the Ro e-Invoice system will become mandatory starting from January 2024, once the European Commission will implement the derogation requested by the Ministry of Finance, according to the Council Decision Proposal EU published on June 23.
