The two properties total 119,000 m² of land and 37,000 m² of land space. These new logistics parks of the CTP have a strategic position in the western part of the country: Ineu is located in Arad County, one of the important industrial centers in the area and the transport node, and Salonta, in Bihor County, very close to the border with Hungary. The two properties will form the basis for two new parks in the company portfolio, CTPark Ineu and CTPark Salonta, and are part of the company's long-term strategy of increasing and consolidating its position as the owner with the largest logistics and industrial surface area national.
