The Altex Group announces the completion of the acquisition of Despec, one of the largest distributors of IT&C products in the country, following a transaction of over 2 million euros. Through the acquisition, Complet Electro Serv (CES), a member company of Altex Group and one of the main manufacturers and distributors of IT&C, electronic and household appliances in the country, takes over 79% of the shares held in Despec Romania, the transaction being approved by the Competition Council in March of this year.
