Coca-Cola is a global iconic brand and setting up the space for CCHBC is going to be a very exciting experience for my colleagues in the Workplaces division who will have to align not only the needs but also the design elements to match the powerful Coca-Cola characteristic visuals that everybody well knows, said Ema Iftimie, Head of Leasing at Globalworth Romania.
We are present in Romania for over 30 years and we are proud of everything we have built here. The performance and progress we make year after year are just a reflection of the involvement and dedication of our team. That is why, beyond an open organizational culture based on diversity and equal opportunities, we want to provide them with an environment that enables them to reach their potential while also contributing to the development of a sustainable future. We are glad to be relocating to a new office facility and being a member of the Globalworth community. This decision aligns with our values and mission to create a positive impact, not just through our investments, but also in the way we operate as a business, added Jovan Radosavljevic, General Manager of Coca-Cola HBC Romania
We are honoured to have been selected as advisors in this complex transaction driven by the new post-pandemic landscape and the client’s wish to adapt and thrive in this evolving business environment. Amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic, we started to analyse how the “new normal” should look like in the office and how the building selected should enhance and embrace hybrid work. And now, almost 2 years after our initial discussion, we are very glad that we concluded this transaction that will grant CCHBC a flourishing office space within an outstanding class A project developed by Globalworth, stated Alexandru Orzea, Senior Consultant Tenant Representation.
