FSA approved the new management structure of SAI Certinvest

The company will be run by a team of three directors, formed by Horia Gusta, Daniela Vasile and Radu Buzea. Moreover, as part of the new organizational formula, the operations will be managed by a Council of Administration formed by Horia Gusta, Adrian Stanciu and Dragos Cabat.
