"No matter the difficulties of the domestic market, which we took into account, we've always wanted to develop our long-term presence in Romania. Therefore, even if sometimes we had to narrow down some activities, investments remained a priority in both the business growth as well as the sustainable development, in line with society and the environment. We want to emphasize especially the investments made in times of crisis, in 2008-2009, when we invested about 100 million euros in increasing our production capacity, which thus reached approximately 7.15 million tonnes per year", said Mr. Florian Aldea, President - CEO of Carpatcement Holding.
