„We currently have more than 4000 employees and their number will exceed 5000 by the end of the year, this ranking our network as one of Romania’s top employers,” said PROFI Rom Food General Manager Pawel Musial. „So far we placed emphasis mainly on expanding the network and we shall go on along this line, but the time has come, too, for us to attach priority to the quality of our service by implementing a new human resources policy.”
Carmen Bokor brings along a new vision based on her rich experience in the areas of human resources and retail. She is a graduate of Budapest’s Superior School of Foreign Trade and has been active both in Romania and in Hungary as a recruitment officer, a human resources manager and a hypermarket manager.
“I join the PROFI team with a project meant to improve the employees’ level of professional knowledge by way of adapted training so they can meet the clients’ demands and expectations, even the hidden ones,” said Carmen Bokor. “We are beginning to train teams of friendly professionals who enjoy their work and serve their clients under the best of circumstances so that they become motivated to stay loyal to our stores. PROFI Rom Food is one of the leading food retail networks in Romania, with 150 stores currently in operation and plans to open another 44 by the end of the year.
