Biris Goran successfully represented its long-standing client, Global Vision, in the sale of a portfolio comprising 136,374 square meters of logistics space and over 300,000 square meters of land in Bucharest, Constanța and Targu Mures, to WDP, one of the largest developers on the Romanian logistics market. The transaction is valued at approximately EUR 110 million, being one of the largest on the Romanian market in 2024.
The seller is a joint venture owned by Global Vision and Globalworth, leading real estate investors in the CEE region.
