Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR) has signed tripartite agreements with APIA and FGCR and FGCIMM to finance working capital for current activities of the beneficiaries of the single area payment scheme SAPS 2013
BCR grants farmers short-term loans up to 90% of the subsidies, which is going to collect from APIA in the Single Area Payment Scheme (SAPS) 2013.
These types of loans can be obtained from BCR by farmers, freelancers or businesses who have the certificate of registration issued by APIA, confirming their eligibility to obtain financing.
