- Frederico Monteiro, currently regional director of marketing for Europe and North Africa, will take over as BAT director of the Central and Southern Europe Area (CES) after obtaining the visa
- He will take over this role from Ram Addanki, who will retire at the end of July 2021
- Frederico will continue to focus on the BAT goal of building a better future (A Better Tomorrow) for all entities involved, which includes reducing the impact of the business on health
