Anamaria Ionitoaei’s expertise also covers assistance as regards the day-to-day business of an important portfolio of legal entities, being engaged in Due Dilligence assignments, preparation and negotiation of post due diligence transactions,, preparation and negotiation of contracts executed between legal entities, as well as assistance regarding public acquisition procedure.
She collaborates with Mazars since 2006, being one of the oldest members of our team. She is a graduate of the Law Faculty and member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2004.
