AFI Europe Romania begins developing the office building project AFI TECH PARK

AFI Europe Romania, company which is part of the international group AFI Europe N.V, based in Holland, starts the development of AFI TECH PARK, a business park with a surface for rent of 50,000 square meters, situated near J.W. Marriott Hotel and the Parliament.

The first stage of the project, AFI TECH PARK 1, is to be delivered in T1 2018 and will offer 20,000 square meters of spaces for rent for modern offices.

‘After successfully completing five office buildings in AFI Park, AFI Europe Romania is focusing on a new office building project in Bucharest, which will address the increasing demand for spaces from multinational companies that wish to have their headquarters close to the center of the city’, declared David Hay, CEO AFI Europe Romania.
