Starting from July 2019, the total operating area is 1,700 sqm and the company plans to add a new 3.400 sqm location to the Equilibrium building developed by Skanska in Floreasca this autumn.
The 3house co-working space opened and operated at the end of last year almost tripled its surface to 1,700 sqm to provide more work desks in the context of a 90 percent occupancy before the two new floors.
Location 3house University now means Ground + Mezzanine + 1st Floor on Tudor Arghezi Street 8-10, Bucharest.
The co-work space has a capacity of up to 200 people distributed in designated areas to receive teams in dedicated offices, 2 open-space areas, meeting spaces, and a modular space for events with a capacity of up to 120 of people. The total investment in 3house University space was over 900 thousand euros.
