3 out of 4 Romanians want public healthcare funds to be directed both to private and public clinics

According to the study conducted by GfK together with Medlife, the essential prerequisites for the development of an advanced medical system are the quality of the medical staff, stable and predictible legislation and the percentage of the national budget allocated to health system

The results of the latest GFK poll, commissioned by Medlife, the leader in the private healthcare market in Romania in the last 12 months shows that the penetration rate of use of private medical services in major cities, has become equal to the state services. One of the main reasons explaining this trend is the satisfaction with the private health services, which is significantly higher than the satisfaction with public health services.
