The seventh annual Ernst & Young conference of taxation took place on January 24, 2013, at JW Marriott Hotel Bucharest, where nine specialists in tax and business consulting presented the main changes in the Tax Code, in the Implementing Rules of Tax Code and other tax and accounting laws that will impact companies in Romania in 2013.
The topics addressed at the conference focused on recent legislative changes relating to: profit tax, VAT, income tax and social security contributions, changes in accounting regulations and the closing of the fiscal year, or tax litigation issues.
