The transport sector has been marked in recent years by substantial legislative changes adopted at the level of the European Union, which have targeted the international road transport activity. It is about the "Mobility Package", which includes a series of rules that were recently transposed into Romanian legislation, and which led to the amendment of several normative acts, including Government Ordinance no. 27/2011 on road transport, as well as Law no. 16/2017 regarding the secondment of employees within the provision of transnational services.
