All the studies published recently suggest that the COVID-19 pandemic will bring economic recession and, unfortunately, the first effects are already visible: companies are beginning to have difficulties in executing contracts, some have had to send their employees into technical unemployment and, worse, some decided to close down their business. In this context, states around the world are forced to come up with concrete measures to help companies and guide them through a prompt action plan.
