According to a press release of the Community Executive, starting this autumn, the entrepreneurs from nine member states of European Union, including Romania, and also from other countries outside EU, can apply for the new programme called “Transnational cooperation programme for Danube region”, a programme worth EUR 222 million, recently adopted by European Commission.
According to AGERPRES, Corina Cretu, the European commissioner for regional policy, declared: “I am pleased to adopt this programme, that was made in order to directly contribute at successfully applying the EU Strategy for Danube region, through its thematic priorities and the support for strategy governance."
