The research analyses the shopping habits of Romanian users, the favourite types of online commerce websites, the advantages and disadvantages perceived by them regarding online purchases, the preferred options for payment and delivery, the types of products purchased online and the value of the shopping.
According to the study, more than two thirds of the Romanian internet users shopped online in the past, and 21% of those who have not bought anything online yet are planning to do it in the future.
