The Romanians perceive more acutely changes of the past three years than the residents of the other countries with a significant impact on the balance between their personal and professional lives.

They also work more overtime than employees from other countries and enjoy the flexibility at the workplace only to a certain level of seniority up, shows the conclusions reached in the study "The urban generations and their priorities" published today by EY Romania.
