We would like to inform you that a draft NAFA Order has been published, mentioning that the new Form 394, introduced through Order No. 3769/2015, will be used starting 1 July 2016, without retroactive re-submission of the forms for 2016.
We will revert with a Tax alert once the draft Order will be approved and published in the Official Gazette.
