The most stable employees are those of the Millenials generation (study)

According to Agerpres, the average period spent by employees in a company is four years and the most stable are the generation Y or Millenials (born between 1977-1994), which in fact represents the majority of employees (over 60%) from companies analyzed in a PwC study.

The rate of departures from the employees' initiative was 18.7% this year, up to 5.1 percentage points compared to 2017, and almost a third (32.3%) of those who left on their own initiative were employed for less than a year in the company, according to the study of human capital efficiency analysis, PwC Saratoga 2019.
