The added value of the IT sector (software and services) to Romania's GDP reached EUR 3.066 billion in 2015, up 21% compared to 2014, according to ANIS. For 2016, the estimated value is EUR 3.616 billion.
Software
It is estimated that the internal software market (without export) will increase by 6.7%, to EUR 425 million in 2016, exceeding the level of EUR 398 million from 2015.
