The CCR decision on part-time employment contracts – no surprise. What is to be done?

The Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) ruled and rejected, again, with unanimity of votes, through a final and generally binding decision, the exception of unconstitutionality regarding the provision of Ordinance no. 16/2022 regarding the "over-taxation" of part-time employment contracts.
