The business mission - main responsibility for 65% of sales managers

According to their answers, "generating business" and "role model for their team" are the most important roles assumed by sales managers, with 65% and 57% of the responses.

Moreover, 63% of the sales leaders in Romania consider that the relationship between the seller and the client has improved in the last years. According to the analysis "The challenges of a sales manager", realized by Business Sfera and EY Romania, this improving perception can be attributed to the business enviornment revival, as it is evidenced by macroeconomic indicators.
