Taxes in 2026: Companies receive a signal that fiscal pressure could be reduced, but the budget deficit problem remains

A signal for companies that the fiscal pressure could be reduced and that the series of tax increases could end in 2026 is sent by the "trenulet" ordinance. Halving the minimum turnover tax (IMCA) in 2026 and eliminating it, as well as the specific turnover tax (ICAS) and the tax on special constructions (the pillar tax), next year shows that the government wants to give a horizon of hope to the business environment.
