The transition to new business models will create jobs in the medium term, but currently the skills required for these roles are not sufficiently developed, and organizations face a lack of specialists, according to the participants in the "SustainAbility Talks" debate, with the theme "Romania sustainable - who makes the change?", organized by the Sustainability Embassy.
