Concern for business efficiency and productivity increases employers' attention to employee retention. In this context, beyond the improvement of the experience that the employees have in relation with their employer, strictly observing the rights provided by the legislation cannot be neglected. Employers who do not respect these rights risk sanctions from the authorities and, perhaps more importantly, lose their employees.
