28,000 jobs have been posted, since the beginning of the year and so far, by small and very small companies with a maximum of 10 employees. The number is 10% higher than in the first 4 months of last year. "It is very interesting that, if at the general market level, we see a restriction in terms of the number of newly created positions, in terms of very small companies, with a maximum of 10 employees, there is a 2-digit increase, respectively 10%. These companies, in most cases local entrepreneurs with start-ups, do not recruit in large volumes, but only release a few positions on the market, but the growth comes from the large number of companies that do so. More precisely, we are talking about over 4,000 small employers that have expanded their teams this year", says Bogdan Badea, CEO of eJobs, the largest online recruitment platform in Romania.
