The term for submitting the declaration and, implicitly, for the payment of the afferent fiscal obligations, has been extended. In addition, the authorities have also regulated the granting of bonuses for voluntary compliance, for 2019. What happens to those who have already paid the income taxes for 2019, without benefiting from bonuses?
