Romania needs a new car charging system based on ecological principles in order to reduce the appetite for the purchase of used cars, simultaneously with the purchase of electric and / or hybrid cars and the development of the network of charging stations, in order to achieve both the objectives included in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and through the European Green Pact.
