Given the current context generated by the COVID-19 crisis, the tax authorities have adopted a series of measures to help the business environment and also to stimulate revenues to the state budget. Among them is the granting of a bonus for companies paying profit tax, which pay the tax due for the first quarter of 2020, respectively for the advance payment for the same quarter, until the due date of April 25, 2020 inclusive, according to Emergency Ordinance no. 33/2020.
