According to a survey conducted by Skanska in Central and Eastern Europe, almost half of employees in Poland, Romania, Hungary and the Czech Republic currently go to the office every day and now have specific preferences regarding their job. These include a quiet space and high standards (eg safety, relaxation, outdoor work). These are the most common key factors in the region that motivate people to work from the office.
