SMEs and start-up companies had a sustained pace of recruitment in the first 9 months of the year, with over 10,000 employers in this segment looking for candidates during this period. The number is about 20% lower than in the same period last year, which can be explained not only by the closure of some businesses in this category, but also by the decision of those who resisted to block the expansion plans.
