Credit institutions operate in an extremely complex and heavily regulated environment. Any change in the economic climate often takes the form of new regulatory requirements, which continuously tests the ability of credit institutions to respond and adapt to new realities. In such a dynamic and sometimes even unpredictable context, they are forced to constantly follow the changes in the rules of the game, both at community and national level.
