Complicated and noisy equipment, maintenance, configuration, in other words, costs and a lot of stress. This was also MediHelp’s logic, that gave up the IT infrastructure which it owned and opted for Microsoft’s Cloud Computing services and for CRESCENDO, an experienced IT&C integrator, as an implementation partner. Dynamics CRM Online and Office 365 are as important as electricity for MediHelp and now they have also become as easy to use and pay for.
