2,000 new jobs were posted in May of this year, 11% more than in April, but also approximately 10% less than in May of 2024. "This month was marked by tensions, including on the labor market, which translated into a reaction of expectation for some employers. In the last almost two weeks, however, things are starting to return to the already familiar logic of recruitment. We see a return in the number of new jobs put on the market and concrete plans to expand teams and attract candidates," says Bogdan Badea, CEO of eJobs, the largest online recruitment platform in Romania.
