Feedback, although it is one of the most used tools in the professional environment, remains a concept that can generate anxiety and confusion, both for those who give it and for those who receive it. It is a mirror, a moment of introspection, but also a chance to correct the direction.
Feedback represents the exchange of information between two or more parties, through which observations, suggestions or reactions are offered in order to improve performance, behavior or mutual understanding.
