In MO 764/09.12.2013 the Government published the GD 955/2013 by which the validity of the GD 797/2012 (regarding the establishment of a state aid scheme to support investments that promote regional development through the use of new technologies and creating jobs) is extended until 30.06.2014. Maximum total budget for the scheme is supplemented with the equivalent in RON of 35 million EUR.
At the same time, in MO 768/10.12.2013, by GD nr. 956/2013 is also modified the Government Decision nr. 1680/2008 (regarding the establishment of a state aid scheme for ensuring sustainable economic development), for the purpose of extending its validity until 30.06.2014.
