More than 25% of employers looking for talent say that the main challenge they face at the moment is the poor preparation of candidates applying for jobs, according to data from the latest eJobs survey, the leader of the Romanian recruitment market. At the same time, 15.1% of respondents state that the candidates' salary demands are too high in relation to their level of experience.
