The salary, the absence of the feeling of professional fulfillment or the lack of growth prospects are the main reasons for dissatisfaction. 2 out of 10 employees say they went into burnout

Almost half of the participants in the latest survey carried out by eJobs Romania confess that, at this moment, they are actively looking for a job, which is why they constantly apply and go to interviews.
