Age discrimination is the main problem facing 45+ job candidates, according to a recent survey by eJobs, the leader in the Romanian recruitment market. 64% of study participants consider age an impediment when looking for a new job. The next obstacles that candidates over the age of 45 say they face when hiring are the fact that they have too much experience, high salary expectations and the lack of professional opportunities in the field for which they are prepared.
