According to Accace, one of the main outsourcing and business consultancy companies in Central and Eastern Europe, the consultancy services offered to foreign investors who wish to pierce the Romanian market have risen in the first semester of this year with 30%, compared to the same period in 2013, mainly in the context of the unfavorable events in the region, like the military conflict in Ukraine and the nationalization measures announced in Hungary.
