Cluj-Napoca, the city with the most expensive apartments in Romania

Cluj-Napoca consolidated its position as the city with the most expensive apartments; at the end of July, owners asked, in average, EUR 4,000 more than for properties in the capital, according to a study conducted by a real estate portal, published on Tuesday by AGERPRES.

Studio owners in Cluj-Napoca have put up properties for sale in July, with an average price of EUR 39,316, while in the capital, the average price was of EUR 35,174, approximately EUR 4,000 less.
