Clarification of fiscal legislation, essential for the future of research and development activities in Romania

Research and development activities have progressed at a slow pace in Romania, at least in the last decade, but this could be accelerated in the coming years, considering the benefits of developing projects of this kind for the economy and for the whole society - products with higher added value, additional contribution to economic growth, better paid jobs and, implicitly, an additional motivation for specialists to stay in the country.
