The tax amnesty, approved by the government two days after the launch of the legislative project in public consultation, is debatable, there are arguments for and against. From the government's perspective, the justification, as shown in the explanatory note, is "the need for support measures to ensure the improvement of the collection of budget receivables as an alternative for reducing the budget deficit target in 2024 as well as to support the business environment in paying debts against the budget but also to ensure the relaunch of economic activity".
