Employees may be obliged to pay compensation related to professional training courses if their employment relationship has terminated by agreement of the parties, as long as the employee and the employer have concluded an additional act related to professional training in which it is stipulated that the termination of the employment relationship by agreement of the parties leads to the obligation to pay compensation.
