The level of stress has increased, and almost half of the employees, double compared to last year, say they have already reached exhaustion

The second pandemic year was more difficult than the first, both personally and emotionally (42%) and professionally (38%), for many of the Romanian employees who participated in a survey conducted on the BestJobs recruitment platform.
