Amendments to tax forms 010 and 070 (Order no. 250/2013, published in the Official Gazette no. 130/12 Mar. 2013)
The Order amends and completes the Order no. 262/2007 for the approval of the tax registration statements of taxpayers, as follows:
- Form 010 "Statement of tax registration / Statement of specifications for legal entities, associations and other entities without legal personality";
- Form 070 "Statement of tax registration / Statement of specifications for individuals carrying out independent economic activities or liberal professions".
The main amendment refers to the inclusion in the fiscal vector of the following tax liabilities:
- Tax on natural monopoly in the electricity and natural gas sector;
- Tax on additional income obtained further to prices deregulation in the natural gas sector;
- Tax on income derived from exploitation of natural resources, other than natural gas.
